Terms of service
We have a 14-day return policy on non-personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at scott@grcmc.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: GRCMC, 711 Bridge St. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504, United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at scott@grcmc.org.
Personalized Items
Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. This no return policy does not apply to damaged items or errors caused by GRCMC's manufacturing or fulfillment processes. We strive to provide you with high-quality, customized products that meet your expectations. Personalized items are custom-made according to your specific requirements, including but not limited to engraving, embroidery, monogramming, and other customization options. In the unfortunate event that your personalized item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly. If the damage is verified and falls within the acceptable criteria, we will process a refund or send you a replacement at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at scott@grcmc.org. Â
